CCP slashed the production time. This allows a relatively small number of people to supply Jita's entire demand.

Any Conflag BPOs that started production after the reduction in production time will be spitting out large batches of product from their 30 day production runs. Those batches hit Jita, when prices are already falling, with predictable results.

Most T2 Ammo prices are doing the same
