Right Click on Character / Modules/ Ships not working

When I click on a Module Ship or Character I cannot right-click on the upper left corner for the options/info menu (show market details, find in contracts, give money ...that stuff). All EVE offers me is: Close

I can perfectly acces that menu with my alt char.

Fresh Install, Cache cleared, and so on and so on.

Did I press some mean button somewhere?
Anyone have an advise for me?

I am thankful for any help.
