I have not done this before..... but hear we go

I would like get out a loan for 280mil with 32mil down immediately
-3 month term ~93,333,333.3 isk per month (3.3 a day)
-Interest bellow 10% (for a newbs sake of sanity and sleep)
-If more down payment is required please let me know
-Also if you want to change any terms or talk about some thing i missed TELL ME I DON'T BITE Twisted

I am fully committed to this game for the next year therefore my acc will not magically disappear Big smile
This loan will purchase a battleship/battle cruiser
payment may and will be met before the term expires

Note to lender: 100 mil a month will be very easy for me to acquire I do ice mine but I thoroughly dislike spending all of my time mining (F*** is it boring) so one load a week shall be sufficient to meet 100 mil a month.

Please tell me if I have this all right or if I didn't cover something obvious

to whomever helps me

You will really need to cross your fingers for a generous soul because making a loan for you to buy a ship that you cant afford and could easily get blown up, makes no business sense.

Your char is only a month old. Can you even fit and fly a battleship properly? If you have been training to mine ice vaguely efficiently, I suspect not.

Add to that the fact your loan request doesn't make much sense (what is the point of a down-payment?), and I do not have high hopes for your chances.

The I "cant afford it" thing is pretty lame concern although i do see where your coming from, don't fly what you cant afford. (just dont want to spend all of my limited time grinding the ice its BORING AS ****) also with a optimized fleet your still looking at about 1.5hr to make a 100 mil, so even optimized, ice mining isn't that much better. (No orca boost yet though Sad )

Also a Down payment is to give a investor the assurance that they need to make a investment in a loan..... an api would have the same effect but isk runs eve and it is much more appealing to make a loan to some one who will pay right up front.

Down-payment is usually known from purchases, not from loans.

What does it mean in your context? "make a loan to some one who will pay right up front" ...?
I hope it doesn't mean he gives you a 280 mil uncollateralised loan, and then you give him 32 million back immediately Shocked

No it does not i have the 32 mil isk right now... that then would be like going to a bank taking out a loan with the loanUgh
that would be pointless considering that then it would be a 250mil loan...... although people are unpredictable so i can see where your coming from

think of it as 20% down so that you don't have to pay pmi insurance.
