reduced Relic site spawns in C6-C5?

Last few weeks I have seen a lot less relic sites spawn in C6 and C5 - specifically Disassemblers, Data Fields and Server Banks.

We scan a lot of chains, cant be a small sample size.

Has there been an undeclared nerf to spawn rate, or a monumental bad luck?

Or just less people running sites and some systems start to pile up.

Since Hyperion I've noticed a drop in not just relic and data, but all sites in C2 and C4 holes.

But this could be due to lack of people running them since Hyperion was released.

I cannot say however, about sites in C5-6.
