Just out of curiosity, I've got a few questions.

1. If I start up a one-man corp specifically to rent a system, do I get exclusive rights to everything in the system (minus the mentioned moons)? I do rat quite often, and it would be an extreme bother if others were knocking potential income from under my feet.

2. What is the base rate for a system, before additions are included? (Suppose I've got a dead-end system with one point of truesec, ten belts, and a station. How much would I have to pay aside from the 1.5 bil?)

3. You mentioned temporary access to YA0, and all that. However, I typically use a combat-oriented ship to haul my more valuable items, due to paranoia and all that. Would that pass along well?

Kathao is offline, so I will answer these for you:

1) Yes, you get exclusive access to all sites in the system you rent.

2) The costs of renting a system are listed in the PBLRD Availability doc listed in the OP of the thread

3)I would not recommend flying a combat ship all the way to YA0, that said, we do recommend using travel fit interceptor. As long as you are not doing anything suspicious (such as warping to combat sites you're passing through, or hanging out on a random gate on the way), then you should have no problems.

As a clarification for everyone, YA0 access is permanent at this point. Any PBLRD or NOBUX member can dock in YA0, and we don't forsee this changing unless CCP changes a mechanic that forces us to revoke docking rights.
