Could be all the selling that happened when it hit 800, or yknow, a wizard did it.

ISK is the currency. Period. It does not reflect real money in any way. It also is not affected by the output from mining.

Yes, over-mining would lower the price on all things that rely on mining. This is not what is happening, nor does it have anything to do with PLEX prices because they are entirely decoupled from the mineral-based production economy.

You are aware that PLEX are almost entirely economy-netural, right?

Nothing, if the economy is balanced to compensate, kind of what we're seeing now. So we can safely conclude that you are still 100% ignorant of all things EVE related, since you don't know how the game is set up as far as faucets go; since you don't know how the different economies within work; since you don't know what effects what; since you demonstrate no real understanding of PLEX; and since you don't even know how ISK works.

Supply and demand, with a good deal of speculation and hoarding thrown in since PLEX is — at worst — an inflation-neutral hedge.
