I thought this thread said, "what kind of killer are you," and I was about to start posting my favourite pics of my exploits in my local neighbourhood but I'm glad I re-read the title and abstained. Now you guys won't think I'm weird for getting this thread totally wrong. Let me know if you wanna see em anyway, some of the blood stains take on some really interesting patterns. Mrs Lincoln at number 17... I'm pretty sure that's a picture of Jesus pooling under her head....

I just got a phone call from my lawyer and I've been advised to inform you all that no such pictures exist and I should distract you with something we can all relate to so you forget I ever mentioned Mrs Lincoln.

So... ever think about a murder/suicide/sexparty pact? <3 <3 <3

Once, at uni, when my creative writing tutor told me "that's not how you write creatively!!!!" and all I could think of was, I'm going to go home, have sex with my girlfriend, then shoot everything.

I just pick a skill section and try to complete it fully, even the skills I'll never use just to have a neat looking skill sheet without any gaps.
Training up doomsday V might seem pointless if you never fly titans but you can't have a completed gunnery section without it.

Always wondered how people like Chribba plan skill training as he's probably got few useful ones left to complete, but I don't think his characters are on eve-board. Maybe he'll post and say which sections he's maxed out so far.

If you count skill training on multiple characters owned by the same player, it's possible someone already has every skill trained.

Let's see I started out playing the game as an industrialist. Created a mining corp and we all agreed to do different roles in the corp. I trained for an itty V and later for a freighter to be the hauler. I also trained out the skills to be a good miner and still have the same hulk I bought over 6 years ago (it's just a collectors item now and I never undock it anymore).

Started venturing into missions with the group and found I wanted to play the support bomber role. Trained for that stuff and got an almost maxed our bomber. Realized I wanted to take the not standard path and trained and maxed out for an Astarte to run lvl 4's. Specialized in BC PVP (way before they got nerfed into uselessness) and cross trained into different classes and trained those required skills as they became needed. Finally trained for BS after 3 years of playing the game.

Now 6 years later I'm just maxing out skills that give that little extra edge over the guys who can't be bothered to train it to 5. Will eventually max out all t2 ship class skills to lvl 5 like AHACs, HICs, etc.

I don't really have much of a plan. Right now I'm making sure I get all golden icons under the ORE section of ISIS. I've generally only skilled for something that looks fun rather than things I have use for (since I don't have much use for a lot of things).

As far as maxed out goes, Subsystems, Social and Targeting are complete on myself. Got few other categories maxed out on alts.

I still wonder why you never published your character sheet on eveboard, your own eve character site.

Even after 7 years, I just wait till I need something, don't plan ahead at all, then scream at my monitor when I can't fit some tech2 something or other lol. My main pew pewing character has 90 mil skill points but even then his skill sheet is sloppy.

On a side note, I have a can with meta 4 items in it just in case lol. Meta4: when you just can't be arsed to ever glance at EVEMON, accept no substitutes Big smile

EveMon -> select character -> create new plan (name it "t2")-> click "Item Browser" tab -> Set "Filter" dropdown to "Items I cannot use" -> Set "Group" to just "T2" -> Right click the top entry and select "Expand All" -> Run down the list and click on the T2 items you will need and click the "Add All To Plan" button at the bottom right -> Look at training time number -> Weep -> Budget your EVE sub for that many months.

To keep the mystery, and to hide what a crappy skiller I am Blink (and how often I lose T3 ships to NPCs)

Because then we would all see that Chribba can't fit Veldspar Mining Crystal II, thus shattering the myth, disillusioning the player base, and ending in massive sub cancellations.

After x years in EvE i dont care about my skills " somtime i dont swich new skill week long or longer, somtime i start train any skills even without remap, somtime it take like 40 day with hight rank to lv 5, somtime i train skills to lv 5 even they usseles etc.

Finaly im not obsessed anymore about more and more sp, in general while using one ship type or focusing on one-two specialisation people use around 5% sp of total owned sp .... most of sp are always in hibernate mode.

If it bleed we can kill it.

I initially trained for specific ships, then bounced a round a little with PI/Trade/Industry

now I'm going into remap training since I've finding that the ships I really want to fly have some support skills that I don't have, so I'm getting those skills into remap training and then heading into the ships I want.

Nonsense, i just wait till you post another WTFPWNLvL3 boat, stick that in EVE mon and wait lol.

If you think I'm joking, I'm not, I'm training an alt to use your lvl 3 Mach blitzer fit so I can use this toon solely for 0.0 pirate missions (since in a short amount of time high sec will become very unfriendly to me) lol.

I'm going to find a way to break your 86 mil an hour mark to btw, just thought you should know Smile

Started out to master mining, and I did. Now, I am expanding on the whole of industry (just invented my first Kronos (aww yeah!)) I also have a side of a PVP Rifter and a few Ratting and Exploration ships as a side, however.

CODE is just a bunch of pirates; smart, organized pirates. It doesn't help to rage at them because that is exactly what they want. Dust yourself off and get back on your feet, you don't even have to talk to them.

that's why i give this advice to as many players as I meet: if you like the game, start two more accounts right now. do it now. do it. DO IT. do it

how to use them will come to you later. in a dream.

I am at 120 mil SP. Evemon says I will not be training any of the battleship skills to level 5 until I reach 200 mil SP.

This makes me sad.

All of them skills are useless when you are as bad as me at this game but my character sheet is also a mess... I guess I can say I tried a few stuff along the way at least.
