extractor control unit not transferring goods??

I started doing Planetary Interaction recently, but on some planets my extractor control units are not transferring the raw materials they are getting to my space port. I'm not sure why I have them routed to the space port and yes I've clicked submit. Does anyone know whats going on here?

Yes I've set them for 24 hour periods, then click submit, I check they are running. But no resources get transfered. I've also set them for 1 hour periods. Tested deleting routes and remaking them. Taking extractor heads away.

do you have any factories that are set up that would automatically consume the output of your extractors?

Yea I check that too and they don't have anymore resources or have build anymore T2 items.

Is the launchpad (i hope you use it to store instead command center) full ?

Nope Launch pad is not full, I think this seems to be happening after I put an advance industry on a planet?? My planets that this happens to have two extractors, two basic factories and one advance factory. Command unit is upgraded to 4 green bars.
