Maybe it has something to do with not, you know, insulting them as rudely as I can manage while still passing forum filters.

IDK. Give it a try :P

So, starting of a petition with "you cack of punts" is a bad idea? Man, I've been doing this wrong for years...

Hey, if it's working for you :P

rofl :P

When they say no to your support ticket, just tell them to stop shiptoasting and HTFU lol :P

You speak like someone who knows Kelley.

"Verily, I have often laughed at the weaklings who thought themselves good because they had no claws."

One of ours, ten of theirs.

When I noticed that I canceled the manufacturing - lost everything. The obelisk was returned to me, but other stuff (money and construction materials) were lost.
And their in lies your problem.
As the EVELopedia article on Manufacturing states (in a bright red box as warning):

'You can also cancel a job in progress to return your blueprint, but will lose any materials you installed for the job as a penalty.'

The article itself is a bit outdated, for example on the new interface, but that bit of the information is still very much correct.

Sorry for your loss, but I can not make it any sweeter then it is.

It is system foult to use my active ship for construction. My character stucked in it and there was goods in cargo (about 4 b) so it is normally to cancel all consequences of this case. I was not canceling normal cnstruction, so rules does not work in this case, becouse system broke rules first.

The system didn't break any rules and the rules apply as normal. You should just have taken a bit more care in making sure that you use the right materials for your job before accepting it… Twisted

i've done industry since forever and i have never, ever had this issue of having upackaged stuff consumed. it was a bug and it was fixed a few patches back.

Patch notes for Crius 1.9
Released on Wednesday, August 13th, 2014
FIXES:

Industry

Industry will no longer accept un-packaged ships as part of the material requirements for a job.
Fixed the blueprint material requirements for building some tech 2 exploration frigates and transports.
Fixed the blueprint material requirements for mobile warp disruptors and 125mm auto cannons.

btw, im also waiting on two petitions for ship reimbursement... :/ seems San Francisco was taking care of the petitions.

Agreed.
Petitions take ages nowadays.
