Error 7 on Launcher

Iv been trying to trouble shoot this issue but my methods havnt been working and iv looked on the forums briefly and can't seem to find anything relating to what i have except on Linux OS

I have Windows 8 and basically what is happening is i launch the launcher and i type in my credentials and hit long in. Then nothing happens for a few seconds and then a grey screen pans over listing this Error followed by this URL

Error -7 when loading url https://login.eveonline.com/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2Foauth%2Fauthorize%

Fix: After alot of trial and error it seems to be that the fix was updating flash to the most recent patch. Unconfirmed if this was the actual fix but EvE now works.
