Hi everyone,

Some of you will know the original me (stew890), most of you will not, however i am writing this post to apologise to those who were affected by my actions in eve when i used to play frequently 7 or 8 months ago... (The original stew890 has a zero at the end whereas this guy has the letter O, just to clear that up for anyone that may still be understably angry at me out there in New Eden)

I have had a long break from EvE due to running out of things to do and so on, i very recently came back (2 days ago) on a new character having sold all of my previous characters to friends and randoms... All except 1.

When i logged in on that one account i found an old character that i used to use to in my piracy career alongside stew890... I found myself reading through some evemails of the old days and laughed, it was a ridiculous amount of smacktalk, cyber hatred and **** stiring that to be honest just went way out of hand. This was my fault as obviously stealing from corporations, players and even friends, is not going to make people all that happy... I know i would be pretty pissed off if someone stole from me and they sure have in the past i can tell you!

I proceeded to delete that character anyway (Professor Klatu) and create my new character a day or so ago, with the goal to do absolutely nothing piratey, i want to be an officer in a great corp eventually and actually play eve properly, not spend time thinking im hardcore when all im doing is taking small amounts of isk from friends and corp mates and then running away when they come chasing me for it... This is the kind of thing i used to do and looking back it is just embarrasing...

The main point for me writing this post is firstly to apologise sincerely to all the people that i may have hurt, annoyed or upset over the years that the original stew890 was owned by me. I am extremely sorry and i want you to know that although some may say this sounds ridiculous as eve is only a game, i have struggled to live with myself for doing the things i did... Setting up corps to only rob them a month later, breaking up friendships in the process. Taking contracted "courier" items from new corp members and keep the items inside instead of hauling them to the HQ as promised and so on... I also see now that i am back on eve, just how inefficient of a way that is of making ISK in the first place! ... I ruined my reputation, my friendships with people and made myself look like a fool.

So once again i am extremely sorry for the trouble i caused, i don't want to name names and i even hope that everyone has forgotten about stew890 and thought him nothing more than a stupid kid scammer, but what i did was not in my nature as a person and so i want to give something back to those that i messed with.

IMPORTANT PART

Words can mean alot but from a character that is hated i presume they won't mean much, it would mean little to me reading this anyway... So i want to go a whole step further:

I want to offer anybody that i stole from or harrassed with wars without reason etc a full ISK refund of the amount that i stole, or ISK compensation for time spent having to deal with me when i was a little brat all those months ago!

I won't risk giving my new characters name away as that would defeat the objective of moving on with a new life in eve and getting away from piracy completely, however i will check this characters mails and this thread daily for anybody that wishes to claim ISK or discuss/vent what i did to them specifically. I will have a chat with you ingame before transferring the ISK, just to confirm you are not trying to scam me in reverse ofcourse, we will just quickly discuss what happened and how much i stole so that i can repay it and apologise to you in (space) person.

I urge the people that i upset and may still be angry to come forward and talk to me about it as although my ownership of stew890 ended many months ago, my guilt for the people i may have upset did not and i want to put things right. I have done alot of maturing since i left and i want you all to know that i am not a bad person, never have been and never will be.

If you wish to pod me and things like that then it is not problem, i understand fully and it can be arranged, the name looks almost identical to the original character ingame anyway for killmails and such.

Also guys please don't troll this post for being carebeary or anything like that, i seek eve redemption as a character and as a person, those people that hate me would not feel that way if they knew me for who i really am now and not some ISK hungry kid.

Sorry to dissapoint but I'm being completely genuine guys, im the original stew890, i am sorry for what i did and i am repaying the ISK out in full.

If you think its some kind of scam then don't engage in conversation or request your isk back, however for those that may want a refund after all this time just send a mail with your chars name and the amount of isk you want back and we can do it that way. I'm obviously not going to pay out ISK to anybody that says "you stole 100mil from me" with no proof of the event.

I'm not a money tree so i won't complain if nobody steps forward to claim an apology or refund but i would appreciate the chance to apologise atleast.

In all honesty im going to go out on a limb and say that everyone except me has forgotten about the little events that i classed as piracy anyway and its just me being paranoid, but what i wrote is from the heart and the offer still stands.

Also i did ask for no forum trolls pls :(
