Seeking suicide mercs for Exhumer removals in empire

Title pretty much says it. Looking to pay for some Catalysts to come run suicide gank operations on a few exhumers in my area. Recently, a couple pilots thought it was a fine idea to **** up local for hours by describing their play habits between babbling about inane garbage and just being ignorant. I would very much like to make other systems look more valuable to them for their silly almost-AFK operations by having them ganked a few times.

I can't stand seeing Hulks and Mackinaws alone anywhere, and to me, you're basically asking to lose the money because you're making very poor decisions by flying that thing alone, anywhere.

I'm looking to hire someone for the job because I'd like to continue industry operations in empire when it's all over, and can't tank my sec status suicide ganking. I've been watching and listening to them volunteer information about what they do, and I've been watching them as I operate as well. The Exhumer targets in mind typically are mining while doing other things - like reading a book. These are the worst kinds of carebears - the ones that expect a 100% safe place in New Eden somewhere (I've been eavesdropping). Based on what I've seen on D-Scan, there should be no real shortage of targets at first.

All this operation will entail is ganking these carebear Exhumers and dealing with their response (if any - most of them have almost no PvP activity to speak of based on their KBs).

I pretty much will have 3 conditions for the job:
1 - Kill Exhumers, not Mining Barges. I have instructed everyone in my corp to only fly T1 barges, like normal, because of random ganks. Anything that tries to shoot back is fair game in my eyes, as well.
2 - I would like a video of the ganks. You may upload to your own YouTube channel if you like, or just send me a recording from FRAPS and I can put it on mine. I just want to be able to see it again, I don't run a "professional" channel, so where it ends up, idc, as long as I can pull it up and watch it again.
3 - My main's identity remain a secret - nobody needs to know who hired who.

We can discuss payment in person - send this character a mail in game, and I will speak to you from my main character to finalize the contract details during a private conversation.

Assuming your mining barge allies are CODE compliant (both the permit provisions and the gameplay ones), and clearly identify themselves as such via bio statements, you should just hang out in the minerbumping channel and drop intel there.

Don't provide exact locations. Instead, name the region.

Lemme get this straight, you want to hire gankers to eliminate the competition for you? What makes you any less of a carebear than them?

CODE is just a bunch of pirates; smart, organized pirates. It doesn't help to rage at them because that is exactly what they want. Dust yourself off and get back on your feet, you don't even have to talk to them.

This is C&P where people post to hire mercs. The fact that they want to hire mercs means that they can't do the job themselves. What's your point? Why should a merc need to agree with the objective of their client?

This is why the "no chat log" rule in C&P is dumb and hurts emerging gameplay.

If OP is correct about said carebears, those logs could be posted and we could see first-hand what we are dealing with. If they are indeed that carebeary, you'd find gankers might be willing to do this anyways, not for ISK or contracts, but just because.

I don't PVP, actually, I just don't respect the OP for hiring mercs to eliminate the competition. Even if I was enough of a screwhead to want to eliminate my competition, I would buff my sec status and proceed to suicide gank them myself.
