Why does CCP keep handing out presents to CFC/Goons?

Optimal distribution of tomatos relies on static supply. If tomatos only grow in certain areas and 10000 of 40000 farmers have exclusive access to those areas then they are most likely to have all the tomatos.

Want to grow tomatos too? I think you can find someone who will let you for 400m plus contracting all your stuff to their free transport service to your destination.

While that's true, there are other tomatoes in other areas of space that can be harvested. It's just that they aren't the shiny new tomatoes that have only been recently made avilable.

Thinking of something and typing it out as a coherent thought often escapes me.

What I was thinking was that I'm not worried who has all the new tomatos currently. You get tired of eating nothing but tomatos. So, they will be sold as needed or required for best profit.. Past examples are all over the market.

Because 70% of those 2394 null sec systems are CFC space.

As an above poster said, if you want a region, go take it. Would you also be crying if the Mordus station landed dead center of Northern Coalition space? How about Pandemic Legion space? Or did you just want some special constellation for you to peacefully carebear away without threat of the locals? It's called highsec.
