You, ma'am, almost owed me a new keyboard as I spewed my drink all over it upon reading the title. (Fortunately, I'm quite skilled at cleaning up sticky messes.)

For those looking for a real answer, find a pipe between two tradehubs, go to the lowest security system along that pipe, and wreak havoc.

Alternatively, find pockets of hisec that are isolated by losec systems and wreak havoc on the people coming in and out.
