Nobody here can give you any more than a guess based on hearsay or personal experience. To get a real answer, I suggest filing a support ticket to ask about it. It's better safe than sorry when it comes to not getting yourself banned.

You don't get the PLEX reward option, but you can still get the subscription time reward.

I'm confused... you make 10 accounts, buy 10 plex's, give them to the accounts, they activate so you can get 10 plex back? I.. why the hel don't you just skip the middle man and buy 10 plex?!?!

A simple post like the one in the OP is enough to determine your potential in Eve.

Those who are asking "what's the point" or saying it's a "waste of time"...you still have a long ways to go

Those asking for permission have potential, but lack decisive action.

The truly enterprising individuals, which separates them from the rest of the mediocrity, would exploit first and ask questions later.

That all sounds like a lot of ::effort:: I can make more isk running null sigs with one char while PvPing with the other, or trading.

It is currently allowed, but something I am not a huge fan of. I think the plex reward should only come after the account is paid with real money OR plexed for a 2nd time. This is a game based establishing an identify, getting free 51 day accounts does not help in my opinion.
