It tells you how to get a limited API key from Eve Online.

Then just post the EB link.

Eve has changed the way they do API's.

You have to create a new one for EveBoard.

You can also use this link for the predefined api key (with proper access masks)

You will have to sign into Eve Online and then name the key and submit it.
