Orca smack or not to Orca smack that is the Question!

I have noticed that several people have used the orca via jita undock or any other HUB to take aggro with their say (tanked oracle) and then once aggroed they switch ships in the orca and proceed to whoop pod.

So my Question is should the Orca take aggro for helping via third party by letting its services be used?

no, simply because the status would be flaged by the actions of the "bad man" rather than the pilot

Why not just make it so that you can't pull a ship from a non-suspect orca while you have a suspect flag?

Why should a pirate corp be penalised unfairly?

Why should a pirate corp be penalised unfairly?

because its a pirate corp, its fair by definition.

No it isn't. It's the opposite.

And of course, no one but pirates ever goes suspect, right?

Right?

Is nobody going to point out that you can't switch ships in an Orca if you have an aggression timer?

Switching from the orca is the same as docking and switching ships, just with less environment loading.

Next thing we know, OP is going to as for the station to go suspect.

It's neat to watch people use an neutral Orca at undock to swap ships out from their rifter to their Tech III bling and rekt the noobies they are dueling with.. no need to dock/undock in different ship even. Just quick swap and blap. "Hey i bet i can blap that on station Rifter that is suspect in my tempest. WTF I lost lock, oh a Proteus!! Oh wait, I'm aggressed and can't dock my mission boat." Pirate

It is right.

T3 is hardly a blingy ship these days.

Glorified, slightly more expensive HACs.
