I like the changes. My corp is active and there is stuff to shoot at in our chain. Life is good.

This

This is not something you should base your opinion of the patch on in my opinion. Just because you have things to shoot this week doesn't mean you have them next week. Its the same reason in rl we have restriction on fishing, if you allow for over fishing you are liable to disrupt the whole ecosystem ending in the death of the predators not just what you removed.

If what is being suggested by many to be happening wormholes will slowly die from the bottom up. First with the death of small corps where most of the larger ones get there member base along with those ganks most of us pass the time with between larger fights. If its true site spawning has decreased do to no longer being run we will effectively kill our selves off and wormhole space will be vastly different place a year or so from now.

People often have this opinion that bears and smaller corps have no place. Especially in higher class wormholes.

The whales will die out too if the plankton they feed on goes extinct. Anyone has a place in w-space, and anyone out doing this is content/potential interactions. I do not really care what peoples activities are in w-space are as long as they are interested.

We need more people here and active and doing things not less. Which I think is what we are afraid these changes might result in.

Fight all the odds hardcore pvp corps don't magically spawn to replace people who leave due to boredom/lack of content.

This is pretty much it. I'm not a huge fan of c5 and c6 farmers , but at the end of the day if there in space farming it means there's a chance to kill them .

The bigger issue is the smaller corps who live in c1 to c4 if these start to leave its a much bigger issue than just ooh some small groups left. These are groups that come in try out wh's and hopefully grow maybe move to bigger wormholes, or who have people come in try out wormholes then like it move on to bigger groups.

At the end of the day if people are leaving faster than coming in its a issue.

This is also my main concern I don't want wh space to become another null.
Wh space works to me because it allows smaller corps to function - if they function as farmers or pvpers or a bit of both it doesn't matter every one brings something to the party either as a potential gank, ganker or some one who will have a brawl. Lower end wh corps are the feeding/spawning grounds as stated.
If you remove the ability for smaller corps to make money (boo hiss farmers lol) you reduce the chances for them to sustain ships to fight with.
Whilst I am entirely against people who farm relentlessly I would tend to think CCP should look at ways of making the C5/C6 farming a little riskier rather than changing whs with sweeping changes - not sure if it is possible but would like to know where the huge amounts of isk that CCP stated wh corps generate by wh dwellers actually come from.
Betting its not from the lower classes..
I am glad some people are finding the changes are working for them for those that have found more content then good for you :)
Possibly we are a less active corp finding the relentless scanning and running into bigger groups a bit grindy but with whs it is really what comes on different days gives different challenges possibly we are just having a bad run. For the time being we are running into big groups Noho the other night lol and massive chains with a limited amount of time and people this becomes a little dull.
We are going to stick things out and see how we go but I am hoping the dwindling of activity I am seeing can be reversed.
Also any of you larger guys that roll into us we probably wont respond to bait rolls ect but we are always up for a fight so long as we don't get blobbed by your 20 T3/guardian fleet.

This is a bigger issue than just wormholes.

W-space is a place where small corps can grow without having to join a blue blob. The barrier-to-entry for wormhole corps has risen dramatically with Hyperion. That's bad, not just for W-space, but for Eve as a whole.

People are defending lower end wormhole space now? I remember when it was me and like 3 other people. Glad to see some of you opening your eyes.
