So guys I noticed CCP has put into the game a iconic peice of Aussie attire, the Blue 'wifebeater' now I ask when will they complete the set.. I want my pair of footy shorts (stubbies) and thongs (flip flops for you americans)

So that I can let my true bogan ways translate into this wonderful universe

If I wore my wife's thongs like you, she'd ask me why I was wearing her knickers on my feet. ShockedLol

I could go a proper Akubra hat and Driza-Bone for the whole rancher look. It'd suit my newbie-shepherding ways quite nicely.

How about some Ugg boots for when it gets a bit cold?

And don't forget we need a ship that pays hommage to the BnS ute, 5 massive aerials, an oversize roobar, 15 spotlights and a sticker n the back that says "I may not go down in history but I'll go down on your daughter" along with the usual Bundy stickers.

Aussies saying thongs is like Yanks saying football, they both mean something else entirely in the rest of the world.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

They are called "Wifebeaters" since the 1990s.

The show COPS has been on TV since the late 1980s. COPS had a lot of episodes in the South where the climate is warmer, and there were a lot of episodes involving domestic violence incidents.

The sleeveless shirt is a popular item in the South. Hence very often you'd see a fellow on COPS, drunk and disorderly (though whether or not a wife beater is something to be handled by the courts) being hauled off and he was wearing one of these sleeveless shirts.

For a time, there as actually a website called "wifebeater" something (it appears to be gone and taking the most obvious URL leads you to pron now) that raised the ire of the usual internet feministas who took it upon themselves to wreck free speech.

I am certain that there is something reading this forum somewhere, seeing "wifebeater" and screaming WHERE WAS THE TRIGGER WARNING? MY FEEEEEEELINGS!!!!!!1!!!!eleven!!!

Sleeveless shirts look better on women IMO. If they were called Husbandbeaters women would be encouraged to wear them and the women doing the encouraging would totally be missing the double meaning. Cool

Bring back DEEEEP Space!
