Logs are attached automatically without needing to run logserver.

Now, Logserver does log more than is available in the in-memory logging (as we call it) but most of the time the latter is enough for bug reports.

Somehow I misses the "logs" part in the first post. My apologies. Oops

GREAT JOB! one of the best additions ever! love the arrows and text box!

suggested improvement:
- enable cropping by drawing a box and then just hit crop ( instead of add box, move, resize, crop).

...now just please also change your attitude towards treating reported bugs:
- do not filter bugs with lacking reproducibility
- do not make risk assessments on existing bugs, fix existing bugs first before rolling out stuff to tranquility
- quality first, then quantity!
- provide a detailed known bugs list - "known issues" not enough

Do you have a twitter acount?

getting this error while stuck loading CQ UI responsive.

Exception #9

For the error on login, the logic is pretty simple and the only reason you should be getting that is if your username, password or character name don't match your Tranquility credentials (not necessarily the same as your Singularity ones).

please check bug report 120905 for log files to "error 500 while uploading bug report through ingame bug reporting tool."

Thanks, it looks like the tool is uploading 8MB which the bugs website cannot handle and these bug reports are typically below 1MB. All I can think off is that your settings represent most of that data. I didn't realize people's settings could be so huge and I'll probably need to put a cap on the settings size that can be sent over.

I've responded to the bug report asking for more information to confirm that it is indeed your settings.

So in other words, you've created a bug report on the bug reporting tool?

Did you make sure that it wasn't too big? ;)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

i am for a debugger skill which gives you 2MB per level

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

i updated the bug report:

### IGBR.ZIP ((8.398.903 bytes) contains
processHealth.txt
logs.txt
igbr_0.jpg
methodcalls.txt
prefs.ini
settings.yaml ==> 7.4MB
dxdiag.txt

C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\f_games_eve_tranquility\settings => 14 files, 3,40 MB (3.566.840 Bytes)

see also my current settings, attached as zip.

- why do you not just transfer the settings in binary form (but apparently in a serialized form)?
- why do you use jpg for IGBR and not lossless png?

Thanks for updating the report, it has been entered into our defect tracking.

to answer your questions:
- The settings are uploaded human-readable so that our bughunters can read the contents and spot 'false positive' issues that are due to settings configuration (this happens frequently).
- I haven't run into issues where the quality of the .jpg is insufficient. Is there something in particular that you're looking for with using a .png?

- i seems the yaml file inside the igbr.zip is not compressed. with compression it goes from 7.4 => 1.2MB. would that solve the 8MB problem?
- alternatively how about a ascii dump tool for th BH?
- while skipping through my settings.yaml i see there is lots of stuff in there, sometimes reads like a history or cached content. is that the reason you have not yet made a settings export/import/manual edit happen? ...actually i was trying to see if you had some variable holding the transparency information for pinned windows so i might be able to change that (until you hopefully expose that to settings screen in eve client some day)
- jpg probably works. though png seems to me to be the natural choice because a) windows and stuff optimally saved by png, b) lossless, fragile artifacts might get lost with jpg...
