Cache Files and Ramdisk?

Is there a way to explicitly instruct the Eve client to use a specific directory to save its cache files, and the bulk of its texture files?

Use Case: Ramdisk.

Specifically: the files located in:

C:\Users\_MY_USERNAME_HERE_\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility\cache

And where the client stores textures in the various ".stuff" files on disk which i believe is currently in the traditional

C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE

?

(yes i'm aware of the initial cold system boot/start up/restart issue Ramdisks can present and am happy to work around them.)

Yes, one can install the entire client to a Ramdisk, but the user cache files continue to remain on disk in C:\Users.

In essence i'm looking for a way to get the bulk of Eve's client-side load times faster than from a spinning disk or ssd drive. For the most part as i've done this with other applications and the difference is acutely day / night.
