lvl 4 R&D agent question

i have gathered over 20,000 point with my lvl R & D agent and i was wondering if there is a way to calculate how many data cores i'm likely to receive if i cash those in ?

It all depends on the skill you are researching.

150 rps per core for Starship Engineering Skills
100 rps per core for Nuclear Physics
50 rps per core for all others

So divide your rps with the above number as applicable.

There are datacore calculators out there that can give you better info for planning. I have one in mine (linked in sig) there are a few others out there but I don't have links.

1. Fly to agent station
2. Dock and say hello
3. Select agent, bypass mission request, select "Buy Datacores"
4. ???
5. PROFIT!!! It will say something like "1-X" amount, where X is the highest you can cash in for at that moment. Cross reference at local trade hub and multiple X by that amount. Don't need to hit accept and cash them out, it will give you the total though.
