Not willing to give out the J# right now.

However:
C4 WH with C2 Static.
Full POS PI
Lava, Ice, 2 Barren, Storm, 3 or 4 Gas planets. So you can make other stuff if you feel the need. Limited P4 however.

You're welcome to all the Ladar and Grav Sites, plus the daily static C2 should you want to do combat sites in that.

What I would want from you:

Working knowledge or at least the theory behind spawning and management of sites.

Strict WH entrance discipline. (Don't pop the Static unless you have a bloody good reason. I don't want you being careless with access to the home system and I don't want you putting my **** at risk for the sake of daytripping to highsec.)

Leave the Combat sites alone, Mags/Radars/Anoms. Don't even initiate warp to them even for just a look.
If you're into subsystem manufacture I'm sure we can come to some arrangement regarding the sections.
I'd also like it if you didn't lose ships in there, no need to make it look like noobville farm time.

What you'd get from me:

Probably the quietest WH in the whole of EVE.
Trivial highsec logistic access.
(I've only had to defend it 4 times since January. One POS module attack, 2 small <12 man gangs and one corp tried to ninja POS me.) This is directly due to very strict discipline with incoming and outgoing connections.

0% tax rate PI
Rorqual Boosting and Compression (for the cost of Fuel in Heavy Water.)
Capital support in the event of siege.
Extra logistics should an emergency arise.
Deep safes, Fighter style.

What you won't get from me:

Overwatch for your mining fleet.
Discussion about you remaining welcome if I see an XL array go up.
Access to my POS or bubble. (I don't want access to yours either)

So if you're a small corp (less than 10) or solo +alt type player that's really into mining stuff and have thought about getting into a WH but always had an excuse not to. Consider that excuse now invalid.

There will be an 'interview' type deal, to see you're not an ADD'Tard and so I can get a general feeling about you. I am afterall inviting you to come stay in my house.

As an industrialist, I think this is a good idea.

As someone who wants to get back into T3 production, not so much heh Smile

If people like to mine, pi, etc, I think they should take you up on this offer.

Not even, since she won't help defending mining fleet and doesn't allow the use of caps.

Offering compression service, makes me think i'd never have the compressed ore in my hauler, and i'm forced to use it cause i can't build a Rorqual for myself.

Oh well, this scam is still better than those in JitaLolLolLol

We did somethign similar when we allowed no industry in our wh. We rented out the planets and gravs/ladars to an indy corp and it worked well for both partys. They set up a pos and mined/PI'ed to there little hearts content and paid us a rent and they got access to the best ores and gas's in WH space and PI planets that could make 95% of products available.

This will suit a small indy corp or even a 1 man band and his alts who just want to print isk.

Its not slavery. . . . Its enterprise.

khazak mokl,

this was my take on it. Honestly thought people would at least be interested, since I'm not asking for anything money wise. Free POCO's and all that.

As if I'm going to scam someone for a a few blocks of compressed Ark, gimme a fuckin break. No cap building in my system, well that's a no brainer for me, as if I'm going to let someone build a couple carriers and dreads, why don't I just blow myself up...

If someone really wants to use thier own Rorqual, I'd sell mine to them at cost price, or I could build another for them.

And Esunisen, the best defense for a mining fleet in a WH is a freshly scanned system, a freshly collapsed static and a single probe. No amount of ships can save you from the incoming WH you didn't see open. Your ships are not my problem, however a force that can threaten a POS also threatens me, so yes I would react to that.

Thought I would've had some interest from the 1 guy 8 alt hulk brigades by now. Oh well, continue to mine veldspar and making pisspoor profits with hisec PI...whatever floats your boat.

The main issue is most likely that you effectively want miners who promise only to mine/PI and at the same time already know how to live in WH space.

I would imagine that people who already know how to live in WH space either already have access to WH space or they are looking to do more than mine. Your average "small corp (less than 10) or solo +alt type player that's really into mining stuff and have thought about getting into a WH but always had an excuse not to" is most likely going to be scared away by the fact that you have all of these requirements and restrictions.

If you offered to teach them how to effectively and safely live in a WH system and treated the potential relationship as more of a partnership and less as a liability, you might have more interest. Also, realize that 3 days isn't a very long time and you may need to be more patient to find someone who is interested.

I dunno, I would have guessed the incredibly open warm and inviting OP would have them coming in droves as well.

With regards to suspicions, If you really want to find a huge poorly defended industrial focused pos chock full of goodies, just spend about 20 minutes jumping through C1 and 2 wormholes. We have a new Affront-to-god-full-of-free-****-star pos to take down every other week.

There's like 3 rules: Don't trigger sigs unless you plan to use them immediately, no cap building, leave the combat sites. If those are too hard, frankly I don't want you.

C4 don't spawn enough to share the combat sites, and I can't be arsed to do the industry sites anymore. ( I get about 10-15 Anoms a week. I can clear 10 in 2 hours + salvage time) C4 are *really* slow spawners.

Why C4 are unpopular I can't fathom. No K-space access, and no caps, best of both worlds. It's what keeps Narwals and Talocan out of my backyard, and why I've been able to solo inhabit/defend it for 11 months.

Taerdrin, it's a big risk for me, letting strangers set-up a POS, bring in ships/scanners/alts etc etc. The one thing that keeps me safe is WH management, it's the thing...the only thing.
I did say 'theory' as well. So, you know, having had read a couple of the guides is the theory part. It's not going to fill me with confidence if my new room mate is asking some really newb questions that are covered in great detail in just about every single guide to WHs.

Anyway, this is why I made a 'Gauging' post.

No one gonna accept those conditions except Roll

Who is going in a WH without being able to make some Tech 3 materials and have decent defence ? A noob.

Better go ask a nullsec alliance to mine/gas in their territory, it's safer.

If you don't want to share, don't open the door. Period.
