Ive played EVE for "some" years now..... it was good fun the first year. Then i began to look for changes. Began changing occupation, traveled all over the place. One thing struck me long ago, EVE never changes. By that, i mean, EVE never changes the enviroment we play in. The Devices, stuff, ships ect ect... all the Things Within the confinment we play in, do change.
But we never see any system or regional changes. Everything is as its been since creation. There is never any real impact that change anything. Even the playermass seems not to change, the still do the same routines as before, sure some change occupation, but other picks up where others left.

But still im here, still living in the hope that sometime, there would come a change that alters Our perception on how to approach the way we play it.

Actually, its depressing to contemplate at.... still i havent quit playing yet :D

EVE... is the dose of heroin you need to get thru the day....

Not sure I understand.

Can you elaborate?

That ringing in your ears you're experiencing right now is the last gasping breathe of a dying inner ear as it got thoroughly PULVERISED by the point roaring over your head at supersonic speeds. - Tippia

If you take a once daily pill, you can once again go horseback riding, mountain climbing, and do couples bath time in New Eden.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

So when you follow this train of thought further and actually allow the concept to distill into an actual post, you get another "eve is dying" thread.
Now given how early we have found this one, I'm definitely going to be the first,
So

Can I have your stuff?

You can get rid of a habit by making it a habit of not doing it, so the behaviour pattern changes from your habit to not-habit and then you can replace the free time you get from not-habiting with anything new. Good luck. Works with smoking, too.

If you take into account my perma-dibs on stuff.. you would technically be second.

I will gladly split the stuff with you for being a good sport though.

Too much change can be confusing and exhausting And I think this game has changed a lot during the last 4 years.

But yes, moving planets and orbiting stations would certainly be interesting. No more insta undocks Pirate.

That moment when you realize EVE is a game and as such is bound by software and hardware limitations.

I will function as a reliable 3rd party manager to make sure that his stuff is equally divided among all involved parties.
