According to the status page all contracts set up between when I did and today have been completed. I'm worried my contract slipped through the cracks or something? I tried asking in game but nobody responded in the chat channel. I set it up at 12:44 eve time on the 25th, selected my items, pickup and dropoff locations, no description, appropriate reward and collateral and appropriate expiry... What did I miss?

EDIT:
It seems I've been delivered last night ^^ Thanks!

Question for the Black Frog team:

I have items in two separate stations in the same LowSec system and I am looking to relocate to another part of space. Is there a way to calculate cost of movement or method of contracting to account for this.

I've used the calculator on your site and have the cost for a point to point move; no issue with paying additional for a second pickup in the same system but want to find out how you want to go about it.

I've tried engaging a representative in your in-game channel (and Red Frog's) but no one has answered yet so I thought I would post my question here.

It's not possible to do multi-part same-system pickups from different stations in the one contract, so you would need to setup two individual contracts, or else consolidate your items into the one station. One of the reasons for this is that we cannot be assured of being able to warp between stations in system given the possibility of station camping, which means having to cyno out of system and cynoing back in a second time to pickup the second contract.

"All SOV service is temporarily suspended. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Lowsec and NPC Nullsec service is not affected."

Why if I may ask?

The queue is short and moving quickly. It's a good time to post contracts to us.

Remember our sov service is temporarily suspended due to wardec but otherwise it is business as usual Big smile

How has/will the projected changes coming in November affect your service?

Hard to say for sure. The jump fatigue isn't a big deal - it just adds 5 mins to each maximum length jump of 5ly, which I'd expect to slightly increase prices to compensate. Consider it like paying the taxi for the time it's not moving at the traffic lights, when the main fare is calculated by distance.

The biggest change would be if there are no changes to the proposed nerf to jump range of 5 ly. Most NPC 0.0 regions would be incapable of being serviced (I'm looking at you, Delve, Stain, Venal, Curse, Geminate) and if we operated in NPC 0.0 at all, I imagine it would be just Syndicate and the 4 NPC station systems in Pure Blind.

Well, i certainly hope that CCP actually thinks about the JF range changes and the effects that they have (ha, it's greyscale, change is going through, bad consequences be damned), i'll continue to be a supporter of black frog (and red frog) for all of their hard work that's been done in the past.

No service to stain would certainly suck (i've had to use it occasionally, and i'm a JF pilot myself), but then again, with these changes, the t2 economy will implode (no R8/32s from deep in 0.0, there goes 75% of the supply, and CCP ignorant about how logistics is/was done before JFs (carriers with haulers inside them ring any bells?)), so we'll most likely see the changes reversed (or a massive moon and ice redistribution, making it actually possible to make everything locally, and not needing a central location (Jita) to buy/sell things).

Right at the present time, our SOV service is temporarily suspended.

For an always up-to-date answer and news of service resumption, rather than the one-off answer I'm giving you, see the message of the day in channel 'Black Frog'.

October 29th Rate Adjustment

Due to the changes to jump mechanics (11% reduced jump range and the implementation of jump fatigue) and the removal of fast travel for cyno alts via pod express with the launch of Phoebe we feel the need to adjust our pricing in order to continue to provide the same level of service that our customers have come to expect from us over the years.

We realize that it may no longer be profitable for some of our clients to continue to use our service as they have in the past. For some this may mean reducing the frequency of their contracts or only shipping items that are impossible to purchase locally. For others it may mean looking for alternatives to meet their logistics needs.

Whatever happens post Phoebe and beyond, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your patronage and for helping to make Black Frog what it is today.

Lyn Fel
CEO
Black Frog Logistics

Notes:

Contracts in the queue prior to October 29th will be completed at the previous rate as long as they were set up correctly.

Please use our Trip Calculator to calculate the required reward when setting up your contracts.
