Correct. Back in the days you could right-click Slaves and had the option "Free Slave" - by clicking it they got turned into the item "Freed Slave"

As Minmatar I freed all slaves I could Lol

But if I remember correctly there was absolutely nothing you could do with those freed slaves, they were still loitering in your hangar until you finally jettisoned them into space.
The whole "Congratulations, you're free- here is the airlock" routine made it even more sinister than just keeping them as slaves.

I would like the ability to design my own trade-able items. Things like clothing, decorations for the CQ, and ship skins. The process would be something like:

CCP would give us tools for designing items. We would design them, then submit them to CCP for vetting. The vetting process would be paid for with either Aurum or PLEX. As both are generated from real money, this pays for the time of the CCP employee. Once CCP approves the item, the creator is given a BPO that can be used to produce the item for sale in game.

make it so you can turn isk into an item ad back like it was back in early release
makes untradeable payments easier, and cause plexs are too unstable in price
