Yes :-/ but what frigate would it mostly resemble if modified?

The Comet looks a lot like a tractor with the back wheels off. It's even mostly green.

Other than that maybe Hookbill or Rifter?

The giant back wheels remind me of the Astero, though the color is nowhere near the same.
