I am looking for interested parties in ending Yoma's ISboxer Fleet ran by Memory-Alpha and Lacutis-Borg.

I am Considering setting up a contest just for this with 20,000,000,000 In Prizes given out over the next 2 Months.

Any Suggestions on what these prizes should be, Please Post here. All Donations for this effort can be sent to This Characters Corporation.

Systems of contest: Yoma
More to be added later.

What is Needed:

1. Judges:

* I would like to establish a Pannel of 5 Volunteer Judges to view kill mails and determine eligibility for Prizes and payouts.
* Judges will also be witness to all wallet transactions so that Donations are verifiably being used for their intended purposes.
* I am looking to create a panel of 5 Volunteers to put alts in the corp to watch the wallet and ensure prizes are correctly given out accordingly.
* They will not have wallet access, Only be able to "See" the wallets and all transactions. (For obvious reasons).

2. Donations:

* The more Donations the More and better Prizes
* Starting Pool before Donations will be 20,000,000,000 (Which I will pay out myself until Donations start coming in).
* Send all Donations to Enclave Security Forces (This characters Corp). Judges when selected will also Join this corp for the Duration of the contests. Judge Characters May NOT participate.... Obviously.

3. Prizes:

* Some type of Pirate Battleships, Or Marauders (Make suggestions)
* ISK
* Plexes
* Grand prizes for 1st,2nd, and 3rd place. In Kill amount.

Anything else that is suggested and sounds Good.


Rules and other stuff:

* For now, The only kills that will count are if they are part of Memory Alphas 200 Account Blob, which includes Vindies, Skiffs, and Logies, and Orca and Freighters found in his minning fleet blobs in Yoma.

***** Killing a normal Happless Miner will not earn you a reward.*****

* You can not miss his fleet, it's a giant Ball of 20-40 Ships in the Icebelt most of the times it spawns (But not everytime). If you attack him he will warp in Vindies and Logies to defend his miners.

* Some of his miners are NPC corp, Some are Wardecable Corps.

* He is Fortress Fit, meaning he'll drop shineies.

* A Neutral POS will be provided by O.N.I. Special Weapons Development, and U-POS (New Eden POS Reclamation Services) IN Yoma. For your resupply needs, for those of you who are or will be -10.


How you kill him is up to you, But the end goal is to force him to leave Yoma Permanently.

Any other suggestions please post. This contest will not start until everything is decided discussed and set in place. And untill we find out who is and is not interested. I am hoping to start this contest in 1 week from today.

A lot of his characters are in NPC corps.

His "Main's" Are (to my KNowledge in Yoma

* Lucutus-Borg (Corp is Skyfleet Security I think... Hes in this Alliance though)
* Memory-Alpha - NPC Corp
* Unimatrix-01 (Corp is Galactic Blackspace Corporation)

Unimatrix Fleet: This is one of his 5 Known Fleets.




* I will continue to update this with character names until you ahve a full list. Next time his fleet is out I will write down all of his fleets char names and post them here.

Areas of Operation - Yoma with 20-40 + Skiffs / Vindi's/Logies


Also once everything is decided I will edit the OP and write a more comprehensive and legible article.

Hey, according to his other posts he 'has a main in null' and 'is an IT guy,' so he might be legit....

Of course this thread is all because he can't get any support from the CSM to ban ISBoxer in the Assembly Hall forum.

Absolutely. I see nothing wrong with Offering 20,000,000,000 In prizes to off someone I don't like. I thought that was the basis of EvE after all?

Other people post these things all the time and you all have 0 Issue with them doing it. How am I any different? Your beef with me, seems kind of childish.

OP: get Chribba to hold the prize money and you might get some more interest.

As for judges.....er.......does it matter?

Just give Chribba a kill list and if the target is on it, he pays out from the fund.

As for the effectiveness of this.......while I applaud the effort , until CCP makes some hard decisions regarding IS Boxer, any 'damage' inflicted on this guy is most likely going to be chump change, at best.

You are talking about a guy that pulls in billions of ISK per day .

So you think paying people to kill other people is a Bad idea? Well I suppose if your not interested it's really your loss money wise, I would think a guy like you would not be afraid to gank a few mining ships. But hey it's Ok, I understand, ISK and Ganking just isn't your thing.

OP you aren't going to find too many people to help you take out a mining fleet like this. There's a few reasons why that is...

1) You seem to have hurt your reputation somehow, albeit I am not aware of how.
2) You have mentioned that the fleet is willing to bring in logistics ships to protect themselves. Logi is everyone's worst nightmare.
3) Most people going after miners are doing so because they are weak targets or because they disagree with their attitude towards EVE. An ISBox fleet of this size is playing EVE right; exploiting game mechanics to maximize set goals, and willing to protect one's assets against player hostiles. Most people reading respect the miner because of this, and will be motivated to leave him alone because of that respect.

With that said offering large swathes of money to people in order to help alleviate a problem you have with a player is EVE at it's finest, so I bid you good luck!

As much as people seem to hate the OP for apparently campaigning to have CCP change stuff, isn't doing something like this, organizing players to do it themselves, the #1 suggested route over whining to the devs?

No, asking for 10 volunteers to do 99% of the work for free is laughably terrible. Also you're a nobody so no one is going to trust you unless you have purchased the services of someone honest to provide oversight.
