This is a perfect character for running missions in Highsec, also great for running missions in NPC null.

All Tengu Subsystems at Level 5
All Missile Support Skills at Level 5 with Heavy Missile Spec. at Level 5 too.
All needed Engineering, Navigation, Shield, & Targeting skills for PVE at Level 5
Launcher Rigging skill at Level 5
Scanning skills at Level 4, Astrometrics skill training to level 5
Some Armor & Drones skills are trained, if you want to cross train to another race

**Connections, Diplomacy, Negotiation, Security Connections, & Social skills at Level 5**

9.8 Standing with Sisters of Eve Corporation - can make jump clones

One clone - all +4s with missile hardwiring implants

One remap available now

Since I have a holiday coming up this weekend, I am going to try to work on bringing up my Caldari Navy standings. If I blitz missions I should reach Level 3 missions by end of weekend.
