First off EVE is not an acronym, we only spell it in all caps cause the devs did.

And secondly yes, this belongs in features and ideas because it as feature or idea, doesn't matter what it's about, it's still a feature or idea.

Pilot Hurt, your idea of a global channel is met with amusing results. I have a number of player made channels and why should or need a global channel?

Other mmos sure have such but Eve in uniquely different in terms of communications goes, I think you better find some other drink to go along with your idea to the trash can, seeya.

There was a time a few months back when CCP mass 30-day banned the vast majority of chatbots in Jita local. Suddenly it become a half decent place to talk in. People had conversations.

Then 30 days later it became unusable again and remains so to this day.
