Looking to pick up a subcap combat alt either for PVP or PVE. Budget is capped at about 10bil.

Focus should be on the following:

  • Good Core Skills
  • Good Gunnery Skills (T2 is a definite plus)
  • Descent Drone Skills
  • T2 Frig(s) Definite
  • T2 Cruiser(s) Definite]


    • Amarr > Min > Gal > Cal
