caldari EWAR is OP but still good
gallente and amarr ewar is good.
minmatar ewar seems silly. they should get a bonus to web range instead of TP effectiveness.

You do realise that a tp offers about half the damage application benefit of a web at over 2x the range.

Also web bonuses are t2 bonuses... that matar get anyways (consider this, hit them with 2 range bonused webs, and a strength bonused tp, watch target melt, rinse repeat)

TPs are also a huge help when fighting in falloff you know where most minmatar ships fight

What's with the posting of subjective observations and a command to make us dance ?

Blood Raiders already got the web bonus ! Shocked I neither see a new suggestion, nor a new idea here!

Isn't bloodraiders bonus to effectiveness and not range?
The only bonus to range i know of is from Loki boosts or ship specific bonuses (Huginn and Rapier).
Watching the AT it seems sensor damps and ECM are strong EWAR platforms in fleet and gang warfare.
I also observed that webbing targets is crucial to applying damage. (due to range/speed and other things).
While a TP does help in the application of damage, it seems that A) it's not near as effective as other EWAR platforms (A TP bonused ship will in no way affect the outcome of any of the AT matches) and B) a bonus to the effect of TPs provides very little to the fleet. At least not enough to warrant using a TP bonused ship over a regular ship. The reality is if you need a TP, you fit a TP, no bonus is necessary.

Right now there's no use to field a vigil or a bellicose.
If these ships had bonuses to web range, they'd be all over the place like their counter-parts.

Fully skilled Bellicose with info boosts and domi painters increases sig radius by 76.28%
Fully skilled Arbitrator with info boosts and faction tracking disruptors with tracking scripts decrease tracking by 78.6%

They are not really that bad, especially since at the 50% mark for falloff, the painters reach another 18ish km.

That being said, I would like to see signature radius added as an overview column, I believe that would let people know the effectiveness of TP's alongside webs, since we can see velocities.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

You can't compare and say mods are op, ok or useless based on the alliance tournament as that is a very ridge structure that isn't like normal game play.


tp are good and reliable all the time. usefulness decreases as opponent sig approaches gun resolution or explosion radius.
damps are really good when opponent is mid to long distance away (or is a logi). Only useful on ships with bonuses
td are really good but only effective on turret based ships.
ecm is hit or miss, effective against against most (not drones) when it hits its completely shuts down the opponent. only useful on ships with bonuses

One thing they need to do for EWAR is nerf the BAJESUS out of the mods and give great bonuses for them on the ships designed to use them.

Some better DR penalties for stacking those mods would be great as well.
