Escalation into an incursion

Received an escalation into a constellation with an existing incursion. Will my deadspace be there? The penalties are already removed however the incursion won't be ended for a couple days. Thanks (I know nothing of incursions)

Thanks much, appreciate the answers. Shouldn't be hard to finish up the next stage (and third if it pops). I do wish they gave more than 24hrs though Ugh
