Why did you lock my thread asking why the Hyperion Real Talk thread was deleted?

I understand the need to consolidate the discussion, but the question in the OP was not answered: Why delete the thread rather than lock it? If you are not willing to answer that question then please state that you will not answer that question so that we can move on.

Step 1. Ignore customer feedback.

Step 2. When customer feedback cannot be ignored, create a thread and tell them to post all discussion in said thread.

Step 3. Once all the discussions are posted in said thread, delete thread.

Step 4. There is no more customer feedback.

Because discussion of forum moderation is not allowed. If you want to make a thread, use more content and less whining. You're 0 for 2 so far.

Said ISD may be a little over-eager but he's trying hard so cut him some slack. At least he likes wormholes.

The answer to your question and the question itself is generally outside the scope of the forum rules. However, I made the mistake creating the redundant thread, so I'll explain:

The answer to your question, however, to put this to bed is that a general feedback thread already existed in the Info Portal; as Hyperion is very wormhole heavy, many were posting in this sub-forum, and as there isn't a general feedback in this sub-forum, individuals were making threads for everything not specific to each of the seven feedback threads.

I created a General Feedback thread to provide a spot, not realizing that although all feedback in the sub was for wormholes, the thread itself was redundant. The thread was removed as a redundant thread. I directed to the correct thread by CCP Falcon in the closing of the "Where?" thread.

Please don't create anymore response threads for this topic, and please understand that in trying to help, I made an error. If you wish to escalate this issue, I'd encourage you to file a petition. I'm closing this thread now. Thanks.
