EDIT:
Auction will end on 2014.09.01 07:00 EVE Time + 3 min sniper rule
After auction end I will wait for confirmation and when the ISK transfer will be completed i will start the transfer ASAP.

Due to work I 'll be present in EVE Time 7:00 - 9:00 and if we are unable to complete the transaction than I will return in the evening about 21:00 EVE Time and we 'll continue than.

If no one else takes it in a week or 2 ill offer 3-4Bil depending on action/responses you get and what kind of isk i have atm. , Agreed though ^ 15m sp 10b is kinda high.

Everyone is intitled to thair opinion about the price, but remamber that capital skills are pretty expensive (both ISK and SP wise), and almost all of them I already have trained pretty high.

Thank you for the free bumps, becouse I can 't find any more sens in your posts. Your offers doesn 't even come close to the ISK invested in training of this char not to mantion transfer fee to be paid.
I see this as a solid carrier starter char mainly for PvE, so super carrier drones and triange are only the buyers decision.
Please keep negative opinions to yourself and do not make silly offers if you are not interested.
