Four months after the end of the New Eden Open II tournament, the top three teams still hadn't been paid by CCP. Several of the organizers had left for Riot without making sure that promises to pay out within 1-2 months were fulfilled.

After waiting patiently for four months, members of the winning teams decided to petition as a group asking for CCP to sort things out. Immediately after petitioning CCP Falcon stepped in. He promised to look into it and personally sort everything out. At first we were cautiously optimistic at seeing more promises from CCP, but CCP Falcon was professional, communicated with each of us personally, answered all our questions, and always kept us informed throughout.

Within a few weeks he sorted out all the issues with the legal department sending cash to the different countries, obtained all our banking information, provided us with equivalent PLEX options instead of cash for those who wished, followed up with a timeline for when we could expect payments, and sent each of us receipts for tax purposes after we got our money.

Usually, people post to complain about things, but we feel CCP Falcon deserves some recognition for his efforts. So on behalf of top three finishers in the NEO II, thank you!
