I am looking for details on where they live, POS locations, possible allies etc.

The group in question is has approx 20 active members based on KB information.

They also might have a presence in WH space, but I am not totally sure of that.

I can help with this I have connection in every region of 0.0 (Almost). And I Can service Highsec and Lowsec as well. Send me a mail on the forums here as this is obviously not the character I would use and I prefer to keep those unknown.
