I like how the background goes with your avatar, but your over blackness is kind of boring.
Even a little hint of some other color will do wonders, try it out.

I like the pose, look and facial construction, so a solid 8/10

I can't help myself from rating a decent looking achura lower than a 9

but in your case Falken you get a 9.5/10

I have to nitpick that minmatar vest thing even though it adds nice contrast.

A little too much blue-grey in the picture, it's a bit cold, but I guess this was intended.
The vest is a stroke of genius and makes the white shirt work..without the vest it always makes people look like ice cream men.
A very strict haircut and the lack of a smile paired with cold eyes make her look pretty menacing.
I dislike the camera angle, however, that full frontal shot is just boring and unimaginative.
overall I'd say 8/10

Well, like most avatars in EvE - fits perfectly in the category of everyone in space is gorgeous.

Aside from that, the focus of the image is drawn nicely to the face and the clothing adds a nice touch of colour against the background. My only nitpick would be that the left side of your hair (your left) blends into the background. I so wish CCP would add a hair light to create just a touch more separation.

9/10 for me.
