[Suggestion] Anchoring Out

What if you were able to 'Anchor' Outside of a station?

While you could use any station service, you would not get a full capacitor and shield recharge, along with not being able to change your ship. Now, if you were in any sort of Capital ship, this would be the only thing you could do (How do you navigate a 2KM long ship into that hangar?) But you would be able to change your ship, because who wants to be stuck in a Freighter for the rest of your career?

there would be no purpose aside from stealth super cap buff.

um, capships can dock just fine in stations...
