Its not as bad as some are trying to make out.

At the moment its just shifting magma and they lowered the warning level to orange. Reykjavik is in no danger and any flooding will go north if there is any. They didn't even bother getting CPP Falcon out of his underground lair.

Thank you OP. I also would like reassurance from a game design company player forum that in game events will not be effected by a potential natural disaster. Surely CCP employ at least one volcanologist.

I hope that all the CCP employees will stay safe, as well as everyone else in Iceland for that matter. The tournament has nothing to do with that sentiment...

Seriously if you expect CCP to get a handle on this volcano you need to send them enough ISK to buy a Pony which they will then take as close to this volcano as possible and sacrifice it to appease the volcano gods. Hopefully this will hold off any eruptions long enough to finish the Alliance tournament.
