If you want to be a SC pilot, there would be a waste of 21.8M SP
As Triage Carrier it would be 22.9M SP not be needed
As Tengu pilot... never mind

SC pilots want to be focused, because they won't leave the ship to fly a Tengu in Highsec :)

As long you have Carrier 5, FBs 5, very nice SC skills ... I would ask for 20-25B ISK

Basically if you want to get an easy 30 bill (or around there) Spend 2 months of training it into a Titan Character. Basically Capital Ships V and Jump Portal Gen. I bought a similar toon for 13 bill, and turned around and sold it for 28 bill like 3 months later.
