Not sure if this is the right section, Feel free to move me if I'm lost.

I bought a Roccat kova mouse today and having trouble assigning key binds to the extra buttons as I cannot just enter eve settings and press my desired button to bind, any help appreciated.

I have a Roccat Kone xtd mouse and a Roccat ISKU keyboard.


First thing to do is go to their website and update the drivers.


Although for me it's a bit of a waste as I don't use the program features, never needed to.





Edit: seems it would pay to read all the replies (delayed edit, due to posting too quickly, why edits count is beyond me).

Set your special keys to press buttons the eve client is bound to. You're doing it backwards.

I don't like mice that only play well with one or two operating systems because they are dependant on special software. That's why I decided to get a Logitech G400.

Yeah, you set your mouse/controller keys to keyboard key combinations, then set the function in EVE to the same combination, presto. Config!
