It's hard for a new player to know how these things sell, or how they do or how to price theirs. I've done my research about which type of BPO's are generally good to buy, what to do ect.

But right now I only have research skills, though I eventually want to get into invention, where selling BPC's is more straight forward (a little)

I want to start researching and copying.

Could anyone give me some basics about this? There's no market tool, or a way to see what's selling what is a good price to set packs of BPC's at.

Are bundles of the same BPC better than random bundles?

Are ship BPC's good to bundle?

How much BPC buying actually goes on?

I really don't even know where to begin I'm so lost. Could someone fill me in on the basics of research/copying and pricing?

There are only two reasons to buy a T1 BPC. One is to invent off of it, the other is to build off of it.

The only reason to build off of a T1 BPC is if buying a BPO is outside your price range.

People who build off of a BPC are going to care about the ME/PE of the blueprint. They may want anything from single to max run.

People who invent off of a BPC don't need any ME/PE at all, but absolutely need max runs and will likely want to buy in bulk.

The exception to the max run rule is ships and rigs, but not always.

If you want to understand the hows and whys, you should read up on both manufacturing and invention.

Hope that helps a little.
