Code is a buch of jokers. James315 is a sociopath. The only CODE I follow is something called the EVE ONLINE Terms of Service/EULA.

Hi SpaceAlien Fan, thanks for your indirect but nevertheless glowing endorsement of The New Halaima Code of Conduct. Welcome aboard!

James 315 had long discussions with the GMs before finalising his plans to improve Highsec. He made absolutely certain that nothing of what he proposed flouted either the TOS or the EULA. His activities are still compliant with those statutes; until CCP says otherwise.

A small correction - Code is The New Halaima Code of Conduct; CODE. (the dot's part of the name) is an Alliance of New Order of Highsec Code Enforcing Corporations.

There. All cleared up!

It's funny.
Most often it's the actual sociopaths who call the others sociopaths.

Also, I am enforcing the CODE for years ... I feel mistreated somehow. :(

That ringing in your ears you're experiencing right now is the last gasping breathe of a dying inner ear as it got thoroughly PULVERISED by the point roaring over your head at supersonic speeds. - Tippia

In the New Order we try to avoid this kind of name-calling. We use relatively uncontroversial terms like 'Bot-Aspirant' and 'Carebear'.

Eve is as full of Space Pseudo-Psychologists as it is of the Lawyer variety, it seems.

Serious question: Can one enforce the CODE with a Rookie ship (Ventures only, obviously)?

If so, suggested fits would be welcome.
Also, up to which system class is that possible?

Je suis Paris // Köln // Brüssel // Orlando // Nice // Würzburg, München, Ansbach // Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray

Je suis Berlin // Fort Lauderdale // London // St. Petersburg // Stockholm

Yes. Its a simple fit. Meta guns in the high slots and magnetic gyrostabs in the low slot. An untanked venture takes roughly 50 dps to kill in 0.5 systems for reference.

It's honestly true. I make the effort to call certain players sociopaths and on some level I very well may be one myself.

It is however illogical to use this as a means of refuting the claims of players who accuse others of being sociopaths. Consider the statement, "it takes one to know one".

Case in point: James 315 is a sociopath. There is no denying it, it's clear as day.

See above. You'll need slightly better skills or a frig if moving to higher sec systems or larger targets (obviously)
I've received a few mails regarding the venture contest with rookie ships popping ventures.

I think the word you might be wanting to use is amoral or unscrupulous since those terms can refer to a specific set of mores that you disagree with.
