Anyone interested renting cap bpo corp?

I have 125b hangar estimate worth capital component and ship bpos. (16 carrier, 14 dread)

But because of the industry changes and plex prices i have no interest of running the capital factory myself. So i could rent the corp to someone with motivation and alts to run it.

My alt char would remain as ceo and only director, and bpos would be locked in hangar. Sufficient roles would be given to use them.

And before anyone asks: Whats stopping me to removing the roles and stealing the mineral assets and do i offer collateral?
No collateral, renter will just have to trust me.

Currently im thinking of 3b monthly rent. That would make around 2,4% interest for my investment.
