Is there any way to turn off that warning which pops up when fulfilling a buy order that's more than 50% below regional average?

No there isn't.

After you click "sell" on an item that is more than 50% below regional average you get a Warning pop up. Your options are yes/no and there isn't any check box. On the sale window there is only "use corp account master wallet" and "Remember Settings".

As anoying as that warning can be believe me that it'll save your skin (or wallet) one of those days.
