I think I understand the use of plex but here is my question.

I have an alt that I am sure I can use the Plex for, but I also have an inactive account that I would like to start up again, so I can play two char's at the same time.

I have not been able to find how I would transfer the PLEX to the other account.

1. Use Hours for Plex (in account management) on your unsubbed account
2. Contract Plex to character on that account
3. Activate Plex for gametime
4. Make sandwich


Step 4 is absolutely vital.

Contract it.
Then make a sandwich.

Step 2 can also be substituted for a direct trade in a station with multiple clients open.
Step 4 can also be substituted with a fine alcoholic beverage of choice.

I don't want to say "just wait it out" because hours for plex was made for this. But Hyperion is coming out on the 26th and will allow you to plex other accounts.
