Prospect Ice Mining Laser

It seams to me, with the size of the Prospect's ore hold that having a small ice laser is a missed opportunity for low-sec/null ice mining.

Maybe that's why it's a cov ops mining frigate and not a cov ops barge/exhumer ? Ever thought of that ? OP ? Role ?

If it's a covert-ops mining ship ... why not allow it to mine Ice in Low-Sec/Null. It's no different from ore mining and can easily fit 10 blocks in it, it's another small tweak to the gameplay of the ship and giving low/null a bit more room for newer/solo players to experience.

The Prospect and Venture have two focuses. Ore and Gas
Barges/Exhumers have Ore and Ice.

and a 10k m3 ore hold is stupid for mining ice. Though Ice is worth more p/u, it loses that value pretty quick if you can't move it in large enough amounts. Which is why most Ice is still farmed in Hi-sec with Freighter-Orca-ISBOXER Barges.

Before we could have covert ice miner. CCP would have to change the mechanics of mining (killing bot'rs and ISboxer)
