Unable to install eve client

Every time i try to install the client i get the Archive extraction failed: 1003 error, is there a workaround or a fix for this?

I have for the last four hours been trying to download and reinstall the client since the DDoS attacks earlier today, I get this message

3/3 extracting, then it goes to Archive extraction failed; 3.
