If you want to blast criminals in highsec, do what I do.

Sebo Moa. Cheap, cheerful, decent range, pops Thrashers and Catalysts fairly easily.

Oh, it also works great for ganking T1 indy ships.

Considering Code captured and confiscated every single tournament combat ship from an opposing team, I'd say they did just fine. (Course that happened before the tournament actually started, and I'm pretty sure it won't count towards the tournament itself, but still)
